CapitaLand's real estate development business to be privatised; shareholders to hold shares in new investment and lodging entity
The newly created CapitaLand Investment Management (CLIM), to be listed on SGX, will own stakes in the listed Reits and private funds. The lodging management business will also become a part of CLIM.
