The world's largest religious building, built in the 10th-12th centuries in Cambodia, was dedicated to the Supreme Hindu deity Vishnu. Angkor Wat is a giant 3-level complex of temples that has kept the secrets and legends of the capital of the Khmer Empire for about a Millennium. Built of Sandstone, the complex is 65 meters high and has a colossal area of 2.5 square kilometers with magnificent towers, terraces, galleries and gardens.
