Hikawa temple is famous for its wooden gate, which is considered the highest in Japan. The shrine is located a five minute walk from the metro station Tiida akasaki. There is always a long queue at the temple, so it is better to come early in the morning. Entrance to the temple is free and possible without an appointment.
