Sandboarding is a sport that consists of snowboarding on sand dunes, dunes or embankments in quarries instead of snowy mountains.

Opened in 1940, and known since ancient Egypt, surfing on the sand is almost no different, except whether you will get sea spray of water or sand in your face.It is distributed in Australia, Egypt-the birthplace of sandboarding, South America. The World Sandboarding Championship is also held annually in Hirschau, Germany, in Monte Kaolino, where the largest sand hill in Europe is currently located. Participants can climb to the top of the dune, which is more than 300 feet (91 m) high, and descend to the base of the hill.
