The tallest palm trees in the world grow in this valley, this is the so-called Wax Palm, which is a symbol of Colombia. This plant species grows in large groups exclusively in the high-altitude Kokora Valley. The height of these trees reaches up to 80 meters! You can see that the tops of the palm trees are located among the clouds, this is really because the valley itself is at a high altitude.
