The largest Tesla coil in the world is located in the New Zealand city of Kaukapakapa. It is noteworthy that it was erected not by a mad scientist, and not by filmmakers, but by connoisseurs of art. The giant coil called "Electrum" has 4 floors, and the total length of the structure is more than eleven meters. This art project was carried out on the initiative of the outstanding art patron Alan Gibson, who installed a giant reel on his farm.
