🇫🇷 Chamonix-Mont Blanc, France
A town and commune in eastern France, in the Haute-Savoie department. The population is 9830 inhabitants. It is located in the Alps, in the narrow valley of the Arve River, at the foot of Mont Blanc, in which Chamonix has a tunnel dug connecting France with Italy. Chamonix is the center of the popular Chamonix-Mont Blanc ski region.
