🇦🇺Australia, Puffing Billy
Puffing Billy is a beloved Australian steam locomotive and one of the very well preserved steam-powered railways in the world. "Puffing Billy" has been around for over a century. He continues to work on the railway from Belgrave Station to Jembrook Station.
This place is located in the Dandenong Natural Area, about 40 km from Melbourne.
This railway is the only remaining of the four experimental lines used for rural development in the early 1900s. Puffing Billy is open every day except Christmas, thanks to the tireless efforts of more than 900 volunteers. Each of the locomotives working for Puffing Billy has its own history and identity.
A favorite activity of tourists is hanging their legs, looking around in the hope of seeing a koala or an Australian kookaburra bird on a tree.
