The Rhine Waterfall is the pearl of Switzerland, which is still not as famous as it deserves. 

This miracle was formed during the last ice age. Melting blocks of ice coming down from the peaks of the Alpine Mountains have repeatedly changed the direction of the Rhine, eroding rock strata and paving a new path for itself.
