Nang Yuan Island is a small island near Koh Tao, located in the Gulf of Thailand in the south of Thailand. It consists of three parts connected by a long sand spit that goes under the water during tides. The place is famous for wonderful diving and snorkeling spots, white sandy beaches and clear turquoise water.

By itself, Nang Yuan is very small, movement along it is possible only on foot. The island is part of a marine reserve, so there are special rules of conduct. It closes for visitors at 17.00, unless, of course, you stay overnight at the Nangyuan Island Dive Resort.
