Ko Kut has a low population density, no more than 2 thousand people live here in six small villages. The main occupation of the inhabitants of the island is serving tourists, fishing, growing coconut palms and rubber trees. The national composition is dominated by Thais and Cambodians, the locals profess Buddhism.
Measuring 22x8 km2, Ko Kut is surrounded by lush tropical greenery and is rightfully considered one of the most beautiful islands in Thailand.
