Tuvalu is an island country in Oceania, located halfway between the Hawaiian Islands and Australia. It is one of the smallest countries in the world, with a population of less than 12 thousand people. Scientists predict that in 50-100 years, the islands of Tuvalu may become uninhabited if the water level in the ocean continues to rise. And according to some forecasts, Tuvalu will sooner or later go under water.
