🦒Kenya 🇰🇪, Giraffe Manor

🔶Giraffe Manor or Giraffe Manor is a small private mansion hotel in the suburbs of the capital of Kenya — Nairobi, on the banks of the Mbagati River. This is an amazing place where one of the subspecies of these incredible animals is bred and then released into the wild — the Rothschild giraffe.

🔶Even 30 years ago they were on the verge of extinction, but thanks to the work of the National Giraffe Center and Giraffe Manor, the subspecies is now almost restored.

🔶Over the years, Giraffe Manor has grown and released about a thousand giraffes into the savannah. Traditionally, pets are given names here in honor of people who have made a significant contribution to the work of the foundation.

🔶The hotel itself is small — it has 6 bedrooms and a large high dining room, as well as an open terrace. Guests have the opportunity to feed the animals during breakfast and lunch.
