Japan 🇯🇵, Takatiho Gorge
Takatiho Gorge is a relatively small in length, but extremely picturesque attraction of Japan. Its walls of volcanic basalt rocks rise above the blue-green waters of the Gokase River. Almost vertical rocks are decorated with moss and thickets of trees. It creates a magical atmosphere.
The Manai Waterfall adds even more beauty to this amazingly quiet and peaceful place. The height of the waterfall is only about 17 m . An interesting feature is that its stream flows directly from the rocks.
You can enjoy the views of the Takachiho Gorge from above, walking along the pedestrian path with an observation deck, or from below, renting a small boat. Both options will provide stunning views.
A fascinating sight is experienced by people walking on boats.
The smell of wet stone, splashing fish, complete silence, which is broken only by the noise of leaves somewhere far away, as if from outside .... It seems that you are touching something fabulous, unreal.
