Laos 🇱🇦, Kuang Si Waterfall

🔶Kuang Si is the largest and most famous waterfall in the Luang prabang area. This is a must-visit attraction in Laos.

🔶Kuang Si is a multi-level cascading waterfall of incredible beauty.
Waterfalls begin in shallow pools on a steep slope. Its total height is about 60 meters.
Due to travertine deposits, pools with turquoise water were formed at the waterfall.

🔶Most of the reservoirs are accessible for swimming and are located on the lower levels.
There are changing rooms next to several pools. The upper waterfall has a large playground with benches. The surroundings of the waterfalls are in the shade, so it is quite comfortable here.
Despite the fact that the water in the pools and waterfalls is cool, many swim here.

🔶The trip to the waterfall is no less interesting. Along the way, you will see multi-level rice fields similar to the terraces of Honghe Hani. Meet the locals in traditional clothes. Some of them sell homemade souvenirs.
