🔶Amboise Castle is a majestic example of Renaissance architecture. It is associated with the names of the rulers of France, as well as the genius inventor Leonardo da Vinci. Despite its considerable age (the first fortifications appeared here in 503) and a rich history, most of it has been preserved in excellent condition, and today it is considered an ornament of the Loire Valley. In 2000, Amboise Castle was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
