🔶Hoomaluhia Botanical Garden covers an area of only 1.61 square kilometers and is located north of Honolulu. This garden is also part of the Honolulu Botanical Garden, and admission is completely free, except on special days such as Christmas and New Year.

🔶The garden was founded in 1982 by the United States Army Corps of Engineers to prevent flooding of the area. This is a tropical garden, so there are many plants growing here that grow in tropical countries around the world.
