🔶Navalishchenskoye Gorge is a natural attraction and recreational facility in the Sochi National Park. The gorge is part of the Akhunsky ridge, located on the bed of the Khosta River near the Sochi microdistrict of the same name. The Khosta River, which has been flowing here for millions of years, has cut through a picturesque canyon, which is simply a must-visit for those who love picturesque places.
🔶The rocks here are covered with a large number of relict trees and plants, which makes these places especially attractive. And the gorge itself is divided into 2 parts – the Upper and Lower canyons. The boundary between the two zones is a 4-meter waterfall.
🔶The total length of the Navalishchensky Gorge in Sochi is about 1.5 km. The maximum height of the gorge walls is 250 meters relative to sea level, the depth is up to 140 meters.
