Romania 🇷🇴, Bigar Waterfall
One of the most mysterious, picturesque, unusual and unique natural corners of Romania can be called the Bigar waterfall.
The Bigar Waterfall is part of the Romanian Beushnitsa National Park, which is visited by a large number of tourists. And of course, Bigar is the most popular place among most visitors, who are sure to take pictures near it and admire the beautiful sight.
The area where the waterfall is hidden is called Karas-Severin, in western Romania.
The Minis River flowing here suddenly meets an obstacle on its way – a rock made of calcareous tuff completely covered with moss, its waters envelop this rock and smoothly flow down in silvery streams from an 8-meter height back into the river. The flowing water becomes like an elegant curtain. Thus, a clear border of the waterfall is created, and such a cozy grotto is formed inside it. This is the cascading waterfall Bigar. And it all looks fantastically beautiful!
