China 🇨🇳, Bailong Elevator

The Bailong Elevator — translated from Chinese as "The Elevator of a hundred dragons" — is located in Zhangjiajie National Park in southern China. It is the tallest elevator in the world, located outdoors. Three two-storey cabins lift tourists to a height of 330 meters in just 88 seconds.

Three two-storey high-speed cabins with glass walls move between the landing pad and the top of the cliff, so that during the flight to the top, tourists can also enjoy the surrounding beauty.

Thanks to the high speed of the mountain elevator, it was possible to get rid of queues on the rise. The ticket price for Bailun is quite affordable — $19.

Before the pandemic, about 14,000 tourists used the Balloon daily, now their number has decreased to 8000 due to the absence of foreign tourists in the country. Each of the three elevators accommodates 50 people — 25 in each of the two cabins.
