Eskisehir, or in Turkish "old town" is not at all old, but the "youngest", brightest and most European city in all of Anatolia. "Young" because it houses several large universities, and in this regard there are very, very many young people. Bright, because houses, bridges and lanterns are painted with bright colors. European, because it resembles Venice, Amsterdam and Berlin at the same time.
Eskisehir is a city of almost half a million located approximately between Istanbul and Ankara. Thanks to the abundance of students, and there are about half of the population, there is a cheerful atmosphere in the city, several pedestrian streets in the center are occupied by bars, restaurants and other entertainment establishments.
