Germany🇩🇪, Hamburg, Elbe Philharmonic
The Elbe Philharmonic is a cultural center in Hamburg, located on the island of Gasbrook. Quite often, the Elbe Philharmonic is called a "musical ship" — the building looks very much like a floating vehicle.
This building is a masterpiece of modern architecture. The Philharmonic Hall has an extremely unusual design, and the facade of the building is lined with sparkling quartz.
The architectural structure is quite "young" — it was built on the roof of the port warehouse, which is currently part of the coastal quarter of HafenCity, and was commissioned in 2014.
The Elbe Philharmonic serves as a concert venue for performances of modern musical groups. Concerts here are very large—scale - modern equipment allows you to accommodate large orchestras on stage and broadcast performances with excellent sound.
