One of the main attractions of Downtown New York is the new transport hub “Oculus". The stunning glass and steel structure connects 11 metro lines, a commuter train station and accommodates a shopping center with beautiful transitions to the nearest skyscrapers of the business center. It is easy to get here from different points of New York to walk, shop and, of course, take pictures.

This incredible creation of architect Santiago Calatrava has spread its wings among the complex of buildings of the World Trade Center in the financial quarter of Lower Manhattan. The station is the terminus of a line of commuter trains running from New Jersey Newark - World Trade Center and the Hoboken - World Trade Center line.

The most unexpected part of this complex is a pedestrian underpass 180 meters long, which connects two different parts of the World Trade Center. Its construction cost $ 225 million, and now it is the most expensive underpass in the world.
