The 40-meter-long Circelbroen pedestrian bridge in Copenhagen is made of five connected circular platforms of various sizes, each of which has its own mast. An analogy is drawn here with sailing boats crossing the numerous canals of Copenhagen.

One part of the bridge is movable, rotating and allowing large boats to pass the channel unhindered. Smaller boats can easily pass under the raised platforms of the Circlebroins.
