Namibia 🇳🇦, Fish River Canyon

Fish River is the largest inland river of Namibia. But it cannot be called permanent. The river usually becomes full-flowing in February. The rest of the time it looks like a chain of long narrow reservoirs. 

For millions of years, the river has cut a deep and incredibly beautiful canyon with numerous bends in the surface of the planet. It is called Fish River Canyon. And this canyon is the largest in all of Africa. It stretches for more than 160 kilometers. Its width reaches 27 kilometers, and the depth is sometimes up to 550 meters.
