Jordan🇯🇴, "French Fortress" in Wadi Rum

Just the perfect decoration for any beautiful movie. No wonder scenes from famous films such as "Dune", "The Martian", "Prometheus", "Lawrence of Arabia" and many others were filmed in Wadi Rum.

A very beautiful castle in the desert, but in fact it is not a "French fortress", as it is usually written about without going into details. 

This structure was created relatively recently (the foundation was laid in 1998) for the new location of Fort Boyard (the famous French TV show).
