Georgia, Mtskheta, Jvari Monastery
Jvari is a monastery of the VI century in honor of the holy cross, built on top of a mountain above the city of Mtskheta.
Translated from Georgian, Jvari means "cross". To date, the territory of the temple is an active men's monastery.
