The Faguerash Highway is a mountain highway in the Carpathians, laid through the Faguerash Mountains from the Romanian region of Wallachia to Transylvania. 

The highest point of the paved road has a height of 2034 meters. The scenic highway with a length of 261 km is the highest road in Romania and is considered one of the most beautiful highways in Europe.
