Taormina is one of the most famous Sicilian resorts, located between Messina and Catania.

In ancient times, the city was called Tauromenion, and since 215 it was owned by the Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Arabs and Normans in turn. Since the XIX century, the city has acquired the glory of an elite resort, all the European nobility come here to relax.
