Alliance Privilege is another completed multifunctional project of the Alliance company, located on the historical and world-famous Batumi Boulevard.

The famous 5-star Marriott Hotel is located on the first 12 floors of the 54-storey multifunctional complex, and elite investment apartments are located on the remaining floors.

"Alliance Privilege" is located on the first line. The complex is surrounded by the sights of the city, a dolphinarium, a park with a lake. The pedestrian alley of the boulevard separates the coastline and the complex.
