Dzoraget means “Gorge River” in Armenian. The Dzoraget River is located in the Lori region in Northern Armenia. It originates in the Bazum Mountains and flows from west to east through the picturesque gorges around Stepanavan.

The depth of the gorge in some places exceeds 300 meters.

Visitors have an amazing opportunity to enjoy the magnificent views of the Dzoraget Canyon by hiking, horseback riding and rafting on the river along the fabulous trails leading to Dzoraget and starting from here
