Hangzhou is perhaps not the most famous city in China, more associated with the recent G20 summit than with a tourist destination. 

Now Hangzhou is among the ten most populated cities in China, for any other country it is a giant 9 million megacity, but compared to nearby Shanghai (22 million inhabitants), Hangzhou can be considered small and cozy.
