The video was shot near the city of Playa del Carmen in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo on the Yucatan Peninsula. 

This place is famous for its caves. Rio Secreto is especially loved by locals and tourists, that's literally the Secret River. The name is quite justified: in this semi-submerged limestone cave system, the speleological secrets of the planet are stored.
