Bromo Volcano is a bright peak of the Tenger Caldera in the Bromo-Tenger-Semeru National Park. It is located in the eastern part of the island of Java, in Indonesia. The height of the volcano reaches 2,392 meters, and the diameter of the crater is 600 meters. 

For the last 20 years, the volcano has been constantly in a state of seismic activity. Its crater is shrouded in white smoke, and all the roads at the foot are covered with ash. For this reason, visiting the volcano is sometimes prohibited.
