Etretat's main attraction is the natural splendor of the white cliffs jutting out into the sea and forming vast arches.

You can admire the cliffs from above from the Customs Officers' Trail, which runs along the coast, and from below, walking along them along the deserted beaches between the rock ledges at low tide.
