Vietnam 🇻🇳

Train Street in Hanoi is a narrow railway bypass where trains pass by buildings on either side of the tracks twice a day.

The route was built by the French in 1902 and is still an active railway line as of 2023.

The lane is so narrow that local residents have to remove their personal belongings, including bicycles and children, before the train passes. Local residents often sit on the tracks, drink tea and play checkers.
