Villa Balbianello is a palace and park ensemble of the late 18th century, located on Cape Dosso d'Avedo, jutting out from the north into Lake Como.

The villa gained worldwide fame thanks to its elegant terraced gardens and Hollywood films that were filmed on its territory. For example, “A Month by the Lake”, “Star Wars. Episode II: Attack of the Clones" and "Casino Royale".
