Osnabrück is a city in northwestern Germany in the Lower Saxony region. It is best known for being the site where the Treaty of Westphalia was signed, ending the Thirty Years' War.

Osnabrück is a charming old city with a Hanseatic past. Interestingly, it never left the Hanseatic League, so it can be called the oldest (or last) Hanseatic city in the world.
