Glacier waterfall Ventisquero Colgante (translated from Spanish as Hanging Snowdrift) is located in the Chilean Queulat National Park, being its most significant attraction.

Ventisquero Colgante was formed by ice. As the climate warmed, this 50,000-year-old glacier retreated, revealing a rock wall of incredible proportions. The process of ablation (or melting) continues today, so a powerful stream of meltwater flows from under the glacier and falls in a waterfall.
