Dubai has a new record holder – the world's longest cantilever structure! Japanese company Nikken Sekkei presented the project One Zaabeel. Between two towers, 235 and 305 meters high, at a height of 100 meters, there is a 66-meter cantilever called The Link, featuring a pool and a viewing platform with a view of the Burj Khalifa.

Interesting fact: Building such a cantilever was a true engineering challenge. Unique steel cables and balancing systems were used to support the "hanging" part, capable of withstanding not only its own weight but also wind gusts and seismic activity.

🌍 The cantilever design is inspired by the traditional Japanese torii gate, symbolizing a gateway to new experiences. 🌟
