Verzasca River in Switzerland is famous not only for its clear water but also for its temperature: even in summer, it rarely rises above 10°C. This effect is created by mountain springs and the absence of warm tributaries. The river is spanned by the stone Ponte dei Salti bridge, built in the 17th century and preserving its original structure without any metal elements.

Fun Fact: Due to its icy water, swimming here is officially not recommended, but the spot remains popular among tourists and photographers because of its unusual river color and rock formations.
