Russian strikes with older Soviet weapons pushed up the civilian death toll in recent weeks, Ukraine says.

Over 200 missiles were fired on Ukraine in the second half of June, more than double the amount in the first half of the month, Ukrainian officials say. The strikes involved older and more imprecise weapons from Moscow’s Soviet arsenal that result in greater casualties.
