Russia accused Ukraine on Friday of using U.S.-provided weapons to strike a detention center in the Russian-occupied part of the eastern Donetsk region, killing several dozen Ukrainian prisoners of war — an attack that Ukrainian officials denounced as “another horrible crime” committed by the Kremlin to cover up war atrocities in the prison.
