The Baltic States agree to bar land crossings by Russian tourists.

Alarmed that their eastern borders with Russia and Belarus have become a popular channel for Russian tourists traveling to Europe while their country wages war in Ukraine, the three Baltic countries agreed on Wednesday to ban Russians from crossing into their countries by land, sealing one of the last relatively easy routes out of Russia.
