The Russians have ‘largely ceded’ gains in the Kharkiv region, a Pentagon official says.

Ukrainian forces have succeeded in driving Russian forces from territory they had held in the Kharkiv region during their ongoing counteroffensive, a senior US military officer said on Monday, adding that some of the troops have moved back into Russia. Read more
