Poland erects a razor-wire fence along its border with Russia’s Kaliningrad.

A year after it erected a razor wire fence on its eastern border with Belarus to keep out would-be migrants from the Middle East, Poland on Wednesday announced that it was building a similar barrier on its northern border with Russia’s Baltic Sea territory of Kaliningrad, saying it feared that Moscow wanted to stoke a new migrant crisis.
