Russia dropped an investigation into Yevgeny Prigozhin, the leader of the Wagner group, for his short-lived mutiny, Russian state media reported on Tuesday. The announcement came at the same time as the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Wagner group was preparing to transfer its military hardware to Russia's Armed Forces.
