President Aleksandr Lukashenko of Belarus said that Yevgeny Prigozhin, who led the Wagner uprising, was in Russia, not Belarus, a claim that could not be confirmed. Prigozhin has not been seen in public since the rebellion nearly two weeks ago.

Russian missiles killed at least four people and destroyed dozens of homes in Lviv in western Ukraine on Thursday — the deadliest attack on a city that has largely been spared the worst of the war because of its distance from the front lines.
