A Russian missile landed in the center of the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih on Friday, killing at least one person and injuring about 40 others, Ukrainian officials said. The missile damaged a police administration building, killing an officer and trapping several employees in the rubble, Ukraine’s interior minister said.
