NUST MISIS Scientists Discover How to Control the «Excited» Electronics

An international team of scientists, including NUST MISIS’s Professor Gotthard Seifert, have made an important step towards the control of excitonic (lat. excito — «excite») effects in two-dimensional van der Waals heterostructures. In the future, this research will help to create electronics with more controlled properties. The research has been published in Nature Physics.
